Copy from google doc
Paste into wordpad
Save as .txt
Load in Aegisub

Click Video then Open Video...

Click Audio then Open Audio File...

Select a section
Press "S" to listen,
"A" to scroll back,
"F" to scroll forward,
"D" to listen to the last bit of the selection
